用原子吸收分光光度法测咖啡因中铅的含量
The Determination of Lead in Caffeine by Atomic Absorption Spectrophtometry
【摘要】 :由于铅易积蓄中毒 ,饮料厂家规定铅含量不高于 1mg/L ,传统比色法不能达到要求 ,采用原子吸收分光光度法测定咖啡因中铅的含量 ,其最小检测浓度为 0 .0 1mg/L ,线性范围为 0 .5~ 10mg/L ,相关系数R =0 .9998,加标回收率为 97.61% ,相对偏差为 1.79% .该方法简便快捷 ,可用于多份样品同时测定 ,测定结果令人满意
【Abstract】 Because of lead can gather and cause toxic,the factory of drink constitute makes a rule that the concentration of lead is not more than 1mg/L.The concentration of lead is determined by atomic absorption stectrophtometry.The detdctive limit of method is 0.01mg/L.The linear range is 0.5~10mg/L for lead.The recovery of chromium is 97.61%.The relative standard deviation is 1.79%.The method is faster,simpler.
