离子交换水处理过程模拟研究
Modeling Research about the Working Behavior of an Ion Exchange Column
【摘要】 在研究离子交换反应平衡方程和二级反应动力学机理的基础上 ,建立了描述水处理过程中离子交换柱工作历程的数学模型 ,数学模型为二元一次偏微分方程组 ,采用 L aplace变换法求解 .通过实验室内离子交换柱的工作实验 ,对数学模型进行了验证 .利用数学模型 ,可以定量预测水处理过程中离子交换柱的工作历程 ,以及水处理程度与处理时间之间的关系 ,从而定量指导离子交换柱的单元操作 .
【Abstract】 Based on the equilibrium equation and kinetic mechanism studied about an ion exchange reaction, a mathematical model, which can simulate the working behavior of an ion exchange column, was developed in this paper. With the integrated partial differential first order equations for two variables, the mathematical model was analytically solved using the Laplace transferring method. Model results match successfully with experimental data. It is noteworthy that the mathematical model will be useful in predicting the working behavior of an ion exchange column, the relationship between water treatment time and extent of an ion exchange process, so as to guide the ion exchange unit operation quantitatively.
