【Abstract】 in this paper presents a two-way heuristic searching Chines e part-of-speech tagging algorithm incorporating backward-dynamic-prog ramming algorithm and forward-A* algorithm.95.88% and 97.95% of word w ere tagged with correct tags, respectively, for the large tag-set and for the small tag-set in our outside-test.
