【摘要】 选择膨润土最便宜的球团厂为例 ,计算分析添加价格高的有机粘结剂后的经济效益。球团矿只有实行优质优价政策 ,竖炉球团才有可能使用有机粘结剂。计算结果表明 :在年产 30万 t球团矿的条件下 ,当 TFe品位提高 1%,售价增加 7～ 9元 / t时 ,投入产出的利润为 70 .1～ 154.1万元 / a更多还原

【Abstract】 As an example of the shaft furnace pellet plant with lower cost bentonite were selected and their economic benefit with addition of higher cost organic binder to pelletizing in this paper were calculated. If only put policy of high grade- high price of pellets into operation,it will be possible of realization,which addition of organic binder to pelletizing for the shaft furnace pellet plant. The result of calculation show that , in 0. 3 million tonn pellets per annum produced condition ,the financial gain will be obtain 0. 707~ 1. 547 million Yuan per annum,while the grade increase per 1% TFe of pellets and their prices heighten 7~9Yuan per tonn.更多还原
