【Abstract】 The change and readjustment on forestry policies, planning management and international cooperation/aid reflect not only the developmental trend of global economical politics, but also the emphases and orientation of forestry reform. The background and progress of forestry policies and international cooperation/aid in the 20th century were reviewed, and the preliminary framework system of the international cooperation/aid in the 21st century was also outlined in order to refer issue related to decision-makers in China.更多还原
