我国中药制药工业中亟需推广的高新技术

【摘要】 当前,我国中成药生产工艺技术的落后已成为制约中药制药工业向高技术水平发展的关键因素之一,其中最主要的环节被认为是提取技术和分离技术的陈旧。其落后程度与国外植物药制药水平相差较大,表现为工艺流程长且繁杂,能耗高,人员劳动强度大,药效成分提取率不高。这种落后,不仅导致了中成药服用量大,限制了新剂型的应用和开发,还造成产品内在质量不稳定,严重影响了产品疗效的发挥。为解决这些关键技术问题,国家中医药管理局与国家计委高技术司组织相关产学研专家,在充分调研的基础上,首选了下列有关提取分离的三项新技术、率先在中药制药工业中推广应用,希望以此作为突破口,起动中药产业高技术改造的快车,加快中药产业现代化发展的进程。作为国家推广应用项目,本文具有很强的指导意义,相信大家一定会认真研读。

【Abstract】 At present, the backwardness of technological processes in the preparation of traditional Chinese medicines has become one of the obstacles that bars the way of the Chinese pharmaceutical industry to higher and newer levels of modem technology. The outmoded extracting/separating techniques which lag noticeably behind those presently used overseas in making plant medicines, give poor extraction rates and thus lead to the necessity of large dosages in clinical application, restrict the application and development of new forms of preparation, cause instable quality and thus low efficacy of the preparations. To solve these problems, under the direction of China National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and High - Tech Bureau of National Planing Commission related industrial specialist made a series of investigations and studies and finally set forth as first choice three new extracting/separating techniques to be spred among Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises. It is hoped that these measures will make a good start for the technical innovation to contribute to the modernization of the Chinese pharmaceutical industry. As an applied project for propagation sponsored by the state, this paper may serve as a useful guide and hopefully be found worthy of careful reading.
