回火温度对高碳中锰钢性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了回火温度对变质高碳中锰钢组织与性能的影响 ,结果表明 :随回火温度升高冲击韧度增大 ,组织中回火碳化物增多、耐磨性提高 ,当回火温度达 30 0℃时 ,无缺口冲击韧度达最大值 ,为 12 1.4J/ cm2。与常规水韧处理的试验钢相比 ,无缺口冲击韧度提高 80 % ,磨损失重降低了 5 6 % ,硬度变化不大。

【Abstract】 Effects of tempering temperature on high carbon medium manganese steel has been investigated in present work.The results show that the impact toughness of the steel was improved with increase of tempering temperature.The amournt of carbide in microstructure was increased.Wear resistance was improved.When tempering temperature reached to 300℃,the impact toughness of the steel without gap came up to optimum value(121.4J/cm 2).Compared with the steel by normal heat treatment,the impact toughness without gap was increased by 80%.Wear lost weight was decreased by 56%.Hardness was not changed.
