Na2B4O7对离心SHS陶瓷内衬复合钢管结构及性能的影响

【摘要】 利用 XRD、SEM、EDX等方法 ,研究了 Na2 B4O7添加剂对离心 SHS陶瓷内衬复合钢管结构及性能的影响。结果表明 ,添加 Na2 B4O7后 ,陶瓷层内外表面相组成存在差异 ,α- Al2 O3在凝固收缩过程中抗裂纹能力提高 ,并且陶瓷层孔隙度大幅度下降 ,内表面光洁度得到显著改善。

【Abstract】 XRD,SEM and EDX are used to study effect of Na 2B 4O 7 additive on structure and properties of ceramic lined pipes produced by centifugal SHS process.It is showed that some changes take place with Na 2B 4O 7 additive.Firstly,the composition of inside surface is different from that of outside surface. Besides,the resistance of α Al 2O 3 grain boundaries to crack is improved during solidification.Lastly,porosity of ceramic layer decreases and smooth of inner surface of pipes is improved markedly.
