重熔温度对半固态AlSi7Mg合金变形性的影响
The Effect of Remelitng Temperature on The Deformation Behavior of the Semi-Solid AlSi7Mg Alloys
【摘要】 采用 Gleeble1 50 0热模拟机对半固态 Al Si7Mg合金触变压缩过程中不同加热温度时的变形性进行研究。结果表明 ,保温时间为 1 0~ 30 s,变形温度为 569~ 583℃时 ,合金具有良好的可触变压缩性。在形变速率相同的条件下 ,随变形温度的升高 ,试样内部最大形变抗力及最大应力呈下降趋势。
【Abstract】 The deformation behavior of the semi solid AlSi7Mg alloys was studied using the gleeble 1500 thermal stress strain simulator.It is shown that the alloy possesses thixotropic behavior when the reheating time is between 10 to 30s,the deformation temperature between 569 to 583℃.The inner maximum resistance force and the maximum stress of the specimen decreases as the deformation temperature increasing.
