稀土氧化物对堆焊金属冲击韧度及组织的影响
The Effect of RE Oxide on Impact Toughness and Primary Structure of Surfacing Welding Metal
【摘要】 研究了稀土氧化物对堆焊金属冲击韧度及一次结晶组织的影响。结果表明 :稀土氧化物能提高堆焊金属在其工作温度下的韧性 ,并细化了一次结晶组织 ,使焊后结晶组织由柱状晶向等轴晶过渡。
【Abstract】 The effect of rare earth (RE) oxide on impact toughness and primary structure of surfacing welding metal was investigated.The results show that the impact toughness of surfacing welding metal containing RE oxide can be increased about 50%.The primary structure can be refined and its shape can be changed from columnar crystals to equiaxed crystals after surfacing.
