双层辉光离子渗W-Mo后球状析出相的研究
Study on the Round Phase Formed after the Treatment of Double Glow Plasma Surface Alloying with Tungstern-Molybdenum
【摘要】 在双层辉光离子渗钨钼后形成了多种形态的析出物 ,本文主要针对其中的球状相 ,首先利用 SEM对球状相进行了微区成分分析 ,同时给出了它与 μ相析出的关系图 ;其次主要讨论了球状相的分布特点以及形成原因。对于球状相形成原因的探讨 ,有利于进一步澄清双层辉光离子渗钨钼后试样产生脆性的原因 ,为今后渗金属工艺的改进和完善提供了有益的参考
【Abstract】 The various precipitation is formed after the treatment of double glow plasma suriface alloying with tungstenmolybdenum.In this paper one of the precipitation,the round phase,is discussed thoroughly.The following is the main work that has been done.Firstly,SEM analyzes its chemical composition.And also the SEM back scattering image shows its microstructure and the relationship with the μ phase.Secondly,its distributing feature is introduced.At last,the deposition theory of the round phase received careful study,which is better to clarify different reasons that lead to the brittleness of the alloying samples and to improve and consummate this novel technology.
