中碳结构钢P-C法表面改性层耐蚀性的研究

【摘要】 应用 P- C法 ( Pack- Cementation)对中碳结构钢进行表面涂覆 ,获得了 Cr- Si- Al复合表面改性层。用电子探针及能谱测定了涂层的表面成分及 Cr、Si、Al在涂层中的分布 ,用 X射线测定了涂层中的相结构。将涂覆后的试样在酸、碱、盐溶液中进行腐蚀试验 ,结果表明 ,中碳结构钢经 P- C法涂覆后 ,表面具有优良的抗多种介质腐蚀的能力

【Abstract】 The surface of medium carbon structure steel was coated by PC method (PackCementation) and modified surface layer containing Cr,Si,Al was formed,The surface composition of coating and the distribution of Cr,Si,Al in coating were measured by EMP and SEM,the structure of phase in coating was determined by Xray diffractometer.The corrosive experiments of coating were engaged in the solutions of acid,alkali and salt.The experimental results showed that,if medium carbon structure steel is coated by PC method,the corrosion resistance of surface in various corrosive mediums is very excellent.
