Q235钢的离子氮碳共渗-低温盐浴渗铬复合处理
Combined Treatm ent of Ion Nitrocarburizing-L ow Temperature Salt-Bath Chromizing of Q2 35 Steel
【摘要】 研究了 Q2 35钢的离子氮碳共渗 -低温盐浴渗铬工艺。试验表明 ,Q2 35钢经离子氮碳共渗 -低温盐浴渗铬复合处理后 ,表层可获得氮碳铬化合物和氮碳化合物的复合渗层。该复合渗层具有较高的硬度 ,并且明显提高 Q2 3 5钢的耐蚀性
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the study on the combined treatment of ion nitrocarburizing-low temperature salt- bath chromizing of Q2 35steel.The experiment showed that the compound layer with nitrogen-carbon-chromium compound and carbon-nitride is obtained in surface of Q2 3 5steel by the combined treatment of ion nitrocarburizing-low temperature salt-bath chromizing.The compound layer’s hardness is very high,and the layer greatly improves the corroding-resistance of Q2 35steel.
