【摘要】 讨论分析了汽车电机爪极锻件的生产工艺方案 ,介绍了其镦挤 -压弯工艺和模具设计要点、试验研究工作并锻成了典型制件。

【Abstract】 The manufacturing method of the claw forging for automobile generator was analysed,and the upsetting bending process and the key points of the die design of the claw forging were introduced.Typical parts were successfully forged.
