球墨铸铁高温弹塑性力学性能的实验研究

【摘要】 给出了球墨铸铁 ( QT50 0— 7)加载 -卸载 -二次加载特性曲线 ,结果表明 ,加载 -卸载 -二次加载过程的应力 -应变关系基本满足 Prantle假设。测定了 1 8℃~ 1 0 0 0℃应力 -应变关系和各温度下的抗拉强度、屈服强度、弹性模量、剪切模量、泊松比、应变强化率以及它们随温度的变化关系 ,为进行该种材料的弹塑性热应力计算机数值模拟提供了必须的基础数据 ;本文的实验结果表明 ,弹塑性力学的理论和假设基本适用于铁素体 -球光体基体的球墨铸铁材料。

【Abstract】 It was given the curve of loading unloanding secondary loading of spheroidal graphite cast iron,and it showed that the relation of stress strain agreed with prantle’s hypothesis in the period of loading unloanding secondary loading.Having measured the stress strain curve and the relation of limit strength,yield strength,Yong’s modulus,shear modulus,Poisson’s ratio and strain hardening rate of this materal with temperature in the range of 18℃~1000℃,it provides the data necessary to computer simulation of thermal elastic plastic stress.The experimental result in this paper shows that the theory of elastic plastic mechanics can be basically applied to spheroidal graphite cast iron with the matrix of ferritic pearlitic.
