高Nb-TiAl基合金的开坯锻造
Forging of TiAl Based Alloys Containing High Nb
【摘要】 (α+ γ)两相区锻造能够细化高Nb-TiAl合金铸态组织,锻造出表面光洁平整的饼材。具有双态组织的合金压缩性能比铸态全片层组织压缩性能好。同时,双态组织保持高温强度。
【Abstract】 The as cast microstructures of TiAl based alloys containing Nb can be refined through α+γ phases forged with beautiful and plain surface pancakes.The alloy with duplex microstructure exhibits excellent properties compared with as cast ones and maintains better mechanical properties at high temperature.
