智能化动平衡测量仪的研制
Design of Intelligent Measurer for Dynamic-Balance System
【摘要】 介绍了一种智能化动平衡测量仪 ,它具有友好的汉字人 -机界面 ;采用数字锁相技术 ,对转速信号进行锁相倍频 ,保证信号整周期获取 ;采用硬件滤波与软件滤波相结合的方法 ,保证系统在恶劣信噪比的条件下正常工作 ;采用矢量式影响系数计算方法 ,保证了系统的通用性和精确性。利用此测量仪可对各种软支承动不平衡机进行现场测量和计算。
【Abstract】 An intelligent dynamic balance measurer is introduced. This measurer has a user friendly interface. The digital technology ensures it to get a complete cycle signal. The method of combining software filter with hardware filter assures the measurer to work correctly under bad signal/noise ratio conditions. The vector calculation of the influence coefficient makes the measurement more current and accurate. The different kinds of vibrations of soft bearing unbalance machines can be measured and calculated by using the measure.
