显微镜一种新的自动聚焦算法
New Autofocus Algorithm of Microscope
【摘要】 在开发普通光学显微镜自动聚焦系统的过程中 ,起初作者采用图像灰度熵和灰度方差这两种常用的显微镜聚焦算法 ,但实际应用效果不很理想。经检验发现了这两种算法的一些不足之处 ,并针对这些不足点加以改进 ,进而提出了灰度差分绝对值之和算法。经实际聚焦过程中的对比实验 ,证明了新算法在聚焦可靠性、聚焦速度及聚焦结果等方面都具有一定的优越性。
【Abstract】 When beginning to develop the autofocus system of a mic roscope, this paper adopts two common focus algorithms: the gray scale entropy and the gra y scale variance of image,but the autofocus system using these two common algor ithms is not very credible. After careful experiments,we find that they have so me deficiencies,so we bring forward a new one,which is the sum of the absolute value of gray difference. The contrastive experiments of autofocus show that th e new algorithm has advantages over the old one.
