【Abstract】 A device to test high voltage of appliance automatically is designed. The 16 bit microprocessor is used as the controlling unit, and the electical power component IGBT as the switch unit. The output smart control technique is adopted to achieve quick response, high precsion and low fidelity lacking. Because of the protection in both circuit and software, the device runs reliably.
