数控加工仿真中的动画技术
Animation Technology in NC Machining Verification
【摘要】 衡量数控加工仿真系统性能的一个重要指标是加工过程显示的动画效果。本文在分析目前常用的动画技术的基础上 ,着重论述了数控加工仿真系统中动画的实现方法。运用双缓冲技术通过前后颜色缓冲的交替计算和显示 ,实现了平滑的动画显示 ;应用局部刷新技术缩小了显示对象的计算范围 ,从而有效解决了数控加工仿真系统图形数据处理量大且显示效率要求高的矛盾 ,提高了图形显示速度 ;采用图像编辑的方法 ,解决了仿真显示过程中刀具的动态显示问题。这些技术的研究与实现为开发实用的数控加工仿真系统打下了良好的基础。
【Abstract】 The animation appearance is an important criterion to judge the performance of a NC machining verification system. Based on popular animation techniques, this paper mainly analyzes the animation realizing methods in the development of verification system. Through the alternately calculating and displaying of the front and back color buffers, double buffer technique realizes the smooth animating. Locally displaying technique decreases the displaying range, which improves the efficiency of displaying. Cutting tool is dynamically displayed by the application of image editing technique. These animation techniques improve the displaying quality of NC machining verification system.
