LAMOST焦面光纤位置测量系统的数据采集与处理方案
Data Acquisition and Process Project of Measurement System for LAMOST Optical Fibers′ Positions
【摘要】 针对 L AMOST光纤定位系统中球焦面位置测量系统需要处理的数据量大 (约为几十 G)、要求处理速度快 (整个定标时间数分钟 )、精度高 (总不确定度 10 μm以内 )的特点 ,提出了一套并行数据采集与处理方案 ,使各个数据采集处理单元并行独立工作 ;每个 CCD单元采用双 RAM工作方式 ,两块数据缓冲区乒乓工作 ,大大缩短了数据采集处理时间 ,对系统每次采样得到的大量数据进行预处理 ,从而减少有用数据的存储量。本文对本数据采集方案进行了详细的分析。
【Abstract】 LAMOST optical fiber orientation system has difficulties of large data quantity (about dozens of G bytes), fast process speed (whole orientation process must be finished in several minutes), and high precision (uncertainty is within 10 μm). Aim at these problems, this paper advances a parallel data acquisition and process system, in which each data acquisition and process system works independently. Double RAM working mode is applied to every CCD unit, the two data buffer works alternatively, so the process time is radically reduced, pre process the large quantity of data acquired by the system to decrease the quantity of valid data. This paper analyzes this data acquisition project in detail.
