脑囊虫病患者血清NO和TNFα水平

【摘要】 目的 :观察脑囊虫病患者血清一氧化氮 ( NO)和 TNFα的水平并探讨其临床意义。方法 :用比色法和双抗夹心 ELISA检测了 3 0例脑囊虫病患者血清的一氧化氮 ( NO)和肿瘤坏死因子α( TNFα)水平。结果 :患者血清 TNFα含量为 ( 0 .66± 0 .1 2 )× 1 0 - 3ng/ L,与正常对照组的 ( 0 .1 1 8± 0 .0 51 )× 1 0 - 3ng/ L比较有极显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ;血清 NO水平为 ( 2 7.77± 3 .77) μmol/ L,明显低于正常对照组的 ( 50 .0 4± 6.2 3 ) μmol/ L( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :脑囊虫病患者机体免疫功能受抑制 ,免疫功能低下

【Abstract】 Aim: To observe the level of nitric oxide (NO) and TNFα in sera of patient with cerebral cysticercosis Method: Sandwich ELISA and colorimetry were employed to detect the level of TNFα and NO in sera of 30 patients with cerebral cysticercosis Results: The level of TNFα in patients and normal individuals was (0 66±0 12)×10 -3 ng/L and (0 118±0 051)×10 -3 ng/L( P<0 01 ), while the level of NO in patients and normal indivivuals was (27 77±3 77)μmol/L and (50 04±6 23) μmol/L (P<0 01) Conclusion: The immune response of patients with cerebral cysticercosis was suppressed and their immune function was lower than that of normal individual
