清热泻火和解痉镇痛中药对吗啡依赖大鼠脑和脾组织内μ阿片受体含量的影响

【摘要】 利用吗啡成瘾大鼠模型观察清热泻火和解痉镇痛中药对脊髓、丘脑、大脑皮层以及脾组织中 μ型阿片受体含量的影响。实验证实 :吗啡成瘾大鼠除丘脑外 ,在大脑皮层、脊髓、脾组织中的μ型阿片受体含量均较正常大鼠显著下降 (P <0 0 5~ 0 0 0 1 ) ,中药对下降的 μ型阿片受体含量有明显上调作用 (P <0 0 5~ 0 0 1 )。认为阿片受体激动剂可能导致大脑皮层、脊髓组织细胞膜上的 μ型阿片受体脱敏 ,受体与G蛋白解除偶联 ,从而失去传导信息的作用 ,而清热泻火和解痉镇痛中药可以一定程度地调节 μ型阿片受体的敏感性 ,从而发挥其脱毒的效用

【Abstract】 The influence of Chinese herb effective to clear heat and fire,and stop spasm and pain on the content of μ-opium receptor in spinal cord,thalamus,cerebral cortex and spleen of morphine-addictive rats was observed.The experiment demonstrated that the content of μ-opium receptor in cerebral cortex,spinal cord and spleen was remarkably lower in morphine-addictive rats than that in normal rats ( P <0 05~0 001) and the Chinese herb could obviously increase the content of μ-opium receptor ( P <0 05~0 001).It was inferred that excitant of μ-opium receptor could lead to desensitization of μ-opium receptor on cytomembrane in cerebral cortex and spinal cord,and decoupling of receptor and G protein,consequently it failed to conduct the information;while Chinese herb effective to clear heat and fire,and stop spasm and pain could regulate the sensitivity of μ-opium receptor at some degrees and then exerted its detoxifying effects.
