【摘要】 1996～ 1 999年对采自新疆各地的 30个菌株进行了培养特性及致病性分化的研究。查明新疆棉花黄萎病不仅在培养特性上存在明显区别 ,在致病性上也存在强、中、弱三种不同的类型。过去检查新疆棉花黄萎病一般属于致病性较弱的类型 ,而这次通过鉴别寄主反应及多感染塔什干 1、2号品种 ,说明新疆棉花黄萎病菌的致病性在中亚地区属较强的类型更多还原

【Abstract】 Culturing characters and pathogenic differentiation of the 30 strains of Verticillium dahliae of cotton collected in different regions in Xinjiang were studied from 1996 to 1999.It showed that culturing charaters of Verticillium dahliae from cotton in Xinjiang had distinction the strains could be divided into three pathotypes:strong,mild and weak strains.Verticillium dahliae from cotton belonged to weak pathotype in the past,but today,it shows that the pathotype of Verticillium dahliae from cotton in Xinjiang is a strong type in mid Asia by the response of identification host and sensitivity of most of the strains to Tashigan 1,2.\;更多还原
