【摘要】 目的　观察挑治法治疗强直性脊柱炎的疗效。方法　挑刺膀胱经背俞穴、华佗夹脊、督脉等穴治疗 30例强直性脊柱炎。结果　显效率 40 % ,总有效率 93%。扩胸试验、2 0 m步行时间、指地试验、Schober试验 (P<0 .0 1) ,晨僵时间 (P<0 .0 5 )和整体关节功能治疗后均有明显改善。结论　挑治疗法能消除或减轻腰背痛等临床症状 ,改善脊柱关节功能活动 ,无副作用 ,是治疗强直性脊柱炎较理想的方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To observe the effect of pricking therapy on ankylosing spondylitis. Methods Back shu points of the Bladder Meridian, points Huatuojiaji, and acupoints of the Governor Meridian were used to treat 30 cases of ankylosing spondylitis.Results The marked effective rate was 40% and the total effective rate was 93%. A chest expansion test, 20 meter walking time, a finger ground test, a Schober test and a morning ankylosis test showed marked improvements, lumbodorsal pains were alleviated and the function of the whole joints was ameliorated after treatment.Conclusion Fiber picking therapy can remove or alleviated lumbodorsal pains and other clinical symptoms and improve the function of spinal joints, has no side effect and is an ideal method for treating ankylosing spondylitis.更多还原
