【摘要】 目的　观察电针对急性心肌缺血早期室颤阈值(VFT)的影响及其与血钾、血镁的关系。方法　通过冠状动脉左前降支结扎的方法建立急性心肌缺血家兔模型,用电刺激心肌获取VFT,观察电针对VFT及血K+、血Mg2+的影响。结果　冠脉结扎后VFT明显降低(P<0.01,P<0.001),并出现一过性低血钾;电针组VFT降低不明显,与对照组有显著差异(P<0.001),同时也出现低血钾现象。结论　电针有明显提高急性心肌缺血早期VFT的作用,此作用并非由于消除了急性心肌缺血早期交感-儿茶酚胺兴奋导致的一过性低血钾的缘故,而是通过其他途径进行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In this experiment,we plan to observe the effect of electro acupuncture on VFT in early acute myocardial ischemia and its relationship with serum K + and serum Mg 2+ .Method We made a rabbit model acute myocardial ischemia of by the ligation of the left anterior descending branch of the coronary artery to observe the effect of the electro acupuncture on VFT and serum K + and serum Mg 2+ .Results After the ligation,VFT became lower ( P<0.01,P<0.001 ) and appeared transient hypopotassemia.Electro acupuncture could remarkably raise VFT in early acute myocardial ischemia ( P <0.001),hypopotassemia but still appeared at the same time.Conclusion Electro acupuncture can raise VFT in early acute myocardial ischemia.The reason for this is not that transient hypopotassemia caused by the excitation of Sympathetic CA system is eliminated.It results from other way.更多还原
