【摘要】 为观察克病毒饮精制颗粒 (金银花、大青叶、黄芩、薄荷、柴胡、生甘草 )治疗病毒性感染和临床疗效 ,随机分设治疗组 12 6例、对照组 (板蓝根冲剂 ) 10 2例 ,3天为一疗程 ,观察 1～ 2个疗程。结果 :治疗组痊愈 112例 ,显效 8例 ,有效 5例 ,无效 1例 ,痊愈率 95 .2 % ,较对照组痊愈率 5 8.8%有明显差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;其体温变化 ,临床症状体征积分组间比较亦有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1)。提示克病毒饮精制颗粒疗效明显优于板蓝根冲剂更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to observe the clinical effect of “Purified Granules of Virus-Killing Liquid” (Flos Lonicerae, Folium Isatidis, Radix Scutellariae, Herba Menthae, Radix Bupleuri, Radix Glycyrrhizae) in treating viral infection, randomly 126 cases were set up in the treatment group and 102 cases were set up in the control group treated with “Isatis Granules”, 3 days as one course of the treatments, for observation for 1～2 courses. The results showed cure in 112 cases, remarkable effectiveness in 8 cases, effectiveness in 5 cases and failure in one case in the treatment group, and the curative rate in 95.2%. There was a significant difference ( P <0.05) in comparison of the curative rate of 58.8% in the control group, and also a significant difference ( P <0.05～0.01) in comparison between the groups in temperature change, clinical symptoms and sign integral, indicating that the therapeutic effect of “Virus-Killing Liquid” is obviously better than “Isatis Granules”更多还原
