针刺补肾通络法对糖尿病周围神经病变神经传导速度的影响

【摘要】 为观察针刺补肾通络法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变 (DPN)对神经传导速度 (NCV)的影响 ,将DPN患者 ,按分层配对法分为针刺组( 4 9例 )和对照组 ( 4 8例 )。针刺组采用长针深刺、电针结合雪莲注射液穴位注射治疗 ;对照组采用甲钴胺片治疗。治疗 2个月后 ,针刺组对左侧尺神经和右侧正中神经的运动神经传导速度 (MNCV)改善优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,对左侧正中神经和腓浅神经的感觉神经传导速度 (SNCV)改善明显优于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。提示针刺补肾通络法对DPN的NCV有良好的改善作用。

【Abstract】 In order to observe the influence of the kidney tonifying and meridian dredging method in acupuncture on nerve conduction velocity(NCV)of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN),DPN patients were divided into the acupuncture group(49 cases) and control group(48cases) by the laminated pair.The acupuncture group was applied with the deep insertion by long needle,electric acupuncture plus the acupoint injecting method by“Saussurea Injection”and the control group was applied with Methyl Cobalamin Tablets.After the treatments for two months,the motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV)of the left ulnar nerve and right median nerve was improved better in the acupuncture group than in the control group( P <0 05)and the sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV)of the left median nerve and superficial peroneal nerve was improved remarkably better in the acupuncture group than in the control group( P <0 01).The results indicate that the kidney tonifying and meridian dredging method possesses better improving effect on NCV in DPN.
