絮刺火罐对实验性风寒湿痹神经传导速度及兴奋阈的影响
Influence of Multiple Tapping and Cupping Therapy on Nerve Conduction Velocity and Excitatory Threshold in Experimental Wind Cold Damp Bi Obstruction Syndrome
【摘要】 70只豚鼠分为空白对照组、痹证造模组和絮刺火罐治疗组进行坐骨神经的传导速度、A类和C类纤维的兴奋阈值测定。结果 :造模组传导速度明显减慢 ,A类纤维兴奋阈明显增高 ,C类纤维兴奋阈明显降低 ;治疗组则有明显的恢复
【Abstract】 guinea pigs were divided into the control group,Bi obstruction syndrome model group and treatment group by multiple tapping and cupping therary for determination of the conduction velocity,excitatory threshold value of A and C fibers.The results showed obvious decrease in the conduction velocity in the model group,obvious enhancement in the excitatory threshold of A fibers,obvious decrease in the excitatory threshold of C fibers,and obvious restoration in the treatment group.
