“心衰康”对电镜下CHF模型心肌线粒体的影响
Influence of “Heart Failure Rehabilitation”on Myocardial Mitochondria in CHF Model Under Electric Microscope
【摘要】 采用静注阿霉素造成的实验性心衰模型 ,利用电镜观察心衰康对心衰动物心肌线粒体的影响。结果 :心衰康大剂组心肌线粒体比表面、体密度显著降低 (p <0 .0 1、P <0 .0 5 ) ,低于心宝组 ,可见心衰康能明显消除心衰动物模型心肌线粒体的肿胀 ,提示心衰康治疗充血性心力衰竭的机制在于改善心肌细胞的三羧酸循环和氧化磷酸化过程 ,提高心肌中高能磷酸化合物ATP和CP的含量 ,改善心脏舒缩功能
【Abstract】 Influence of “Heart Failure Rehabilitation” on myocardial mitochondria in animal with cardiac failure was observed under electric microscope in the experimental heart failure model created by intravenous infusion of adriamycin.The results showed that the specific surface area and density of myocardial mitochondria decreased obviously in the group with large dose of “Heart Failure Rehabilitation”( P <0.01, P <0.05),lower than in the group of “Cardiac Treasure”.The results showed that “Heart Failure Rehabilitation”can eliminate swelling of myocardial mitochondria in the animal model with cardiac failure remarkably,indicating that its mechanism in treating congestive cardiac failure lies in its functions to improve ticarboxylic acid circulation and oxidative phosphorylation,enhance the contents of energy rich phosphate ATP and CP in cardiac muscle and improve the systaltic function of the heart.
