【摘要】 为探讨心肌疾病与自身免疫性损伤的关系 ,本文对 98例临床诊断各种心血管疾病患者的血清 ,用自建的抗层粘连蛋白 - Ig G(L N- Ig G)检测法和国产抗心磷脂 - Ig G(ACL- Ig G)试剂盒进行了酶联免疫法的检测。结果为5 3例心肌炎中 16例阳性 ,12例心肌病中 6例阳性 ,阳性率分别为 30 .2 %和 5 0 %。而 33例非心肌疾病中仅 3例阳性 ,阳性率为 9.1% ,检测结果有显著性差异 ,而 ACL- Ig G检测结果无显著性差异。由此认为血清 L N- Ig G阳性水平与心肌疾病关系较为密切 ,在一定程度上反映了该类疾病主要以器官特异性的自身免疫性损伤为特征 ,有助于认识此类疾病的病因、发病机制和病程发展 ,在是否可采取特异性免疫抑制疗法等方面具有一定价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the relationship of autoimmune impairment in myocardial diseases,ninety eight serum samples from patients with various heart diseases were tested for IgG antibodies to laminin by means of self established ELISA and IgG antibodies to cardiolipid with commercial kit.Results:Compared with healthy control,16 samples of 53 patients (30 2%) with myocarditis and 6 samples of 12 patients (50 0%) with cardiomyopathy were positive for antibody to laminin.Only 3 samples of 33 patients (9 1%) without myocardial diseases were positive.It showed significant difference between patients with and without myocardial disease.However,the level of IgG antibody to cardiolipid showed no significant difference.Conclusion:There is a fairly good correlation between the level of IgG antibody to laminin and myocardial diseases.It reflected that these diseases had organ specific characteristics of the autoimmune impairment.The detection to IgG antibody of laminin in serum may contribute to recognize the etiology,mechanism and course of myocardial diseases.and be valuable to research on specific immuno inhibition treatments for these diseases.更多还原
