【Abstract】 To detect the plasmid mediated AmpCs which is producted by Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae, we used the cefoxitin 3 dimensional test(direct and indirect)to detect 55 isolates of Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae.
