【摘要】 目的　通过总结 6 1例补片整体修补腹部切口疝的临床疗效 ,探讨其作用机制。方法　对 6 1例腹部切口疝 ,采用补片多头状腹带式整体修补。结果　随访 0～ 9年 ,除 1例发生切口感染Ⅱ期愈合外 ,其余 6 0例全部恢复良好。结论　采用补片作多头状腹带式整体修补切口疝效果满意 ,明显优于其他方法 ,可作为腹部切口疝修补的首选方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of polytailed patch in repairing of ventral incisional hernia.Methods Synthetic polytailed patches were employed in repairing 61 cases of ventral incisional hernia, including 38 recurrent cases.Results All patients were recovered satisfactorily except one delayed healing due to wound infection.
