大鼠实验性结肠炎中超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛的变化
Changes of SOD, MDA in experimental colitis rats
【摘要】 目的 观察溃疡性结肠炎 (Ulcerativecolitis ,UC)大鼠的结肠组织中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)变化。方法 将雄性SD大鼠分成正常组和造模组各 2 0只 ,用三硝基苯磺酸和乙醇混和液灌肠法 ,建立“溃疡性结肠炎”动物模型 ,2周后处死全部大鼠。测定结肠粘膜组织中SOD活力及MDA含量。结果 造模组大鼠SOD活力显著低于正常组 (P <0 .0 1) ,MDA含量明显高于正常组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 氧自由基通过脂质过氧化反应参与UC的发病过程
【Abstract】 Objective We investigate the changes of SOD, MDA in colonic mucosal tissues in “ulcerative colitis” rats. Method Male Sprague Dawley rats were divided into two groups: ulcerative colitis (UC) rats induced by 2,4,6 trinitrobenzenesu fonic acid instilled into colorectum and controls. Superoxide dismutase (SOD) and Malondialdehyde (MDA) of colonic mucosal tissues were determined 2 weeks after the procedure. Results In UC rats, SOD was significantly decreased whereas MDA was increased when compared with those of the control rats ( P <0.01). Conclusion Oxygen free radicals induced by lipid peroxidation was involved in the process of experimental “ulcerative colitis”.(Shanghai Med J, 2000,23∶339 340)
