【摘要】 目的　了解表皮生长因子 (EGF)与消化性溃疡的发生、愈合之间的关系 ,探讨溃疡病的可能发生与愈合机理。方法　采用放免法检测成人与儿童消化性溃疡患者溃疡病不同时期血清、胃液和唾液EGF含量 ,并与胃炎患者及正常健康对照组作了比较。结果　消化性溃疡患者在溃疡活动期时 ,唾液、胃液中的EGF水平明显低于慢性胃炎组 ;在溃疡愈合期时 ,唾液、胃液、血清中的EGF水平升高 ,尤为胃液更为明显。结论　消化性溃疡患者存在EGF的分泌异常 ,EGF分泌水平的变化与消化性溃疡的发生与愈合有一定的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To elicit the relationship between epidermal growth factor(EGF) and pathogenesis as well as and healing of peptic ulcer disease(PUD).Methods The levels of EGF in saliva, gastric juice and serum were measured by radioimmunoassay in adult and children PUD patients.Results Contents of EGF in saliva and gastric juice were significantly lower in active stage of peptic ulcer, it was increased especially in gastric juice.Conclusion There is an abnormal secretion of EGF in PUD patients.
