【摘要】 目的　研究羟基磷灰石复合酸性胶原材料 ,在拔牙术后对拔牙创口的修补作用。方法　对 3 0例病人拔牙术后使用羟基磷灰石复合酸性胶原材料即刻植入牙槽窝进行修补 ,并与 3 0例按常规处理的门诊病人进行对照比较。结果　胶原羟基磷灰石无毒性 ,无刺激 ,不致敏 ,不致炎 ,生物相容性好 ,能诱导新骨的形成 ,从而有效抑制牙槽骨的早期吸收 ,明显优于对照组。结论　胶原羟基磷灰石植入拔牙创口对抑制牙槽骨的早期吸收具有有益作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the repairing effect of the hydroxyapatite compound acidic collagen in alvcolar cavity after tooth extraction. Methods 60 outpatients were treated after tooth extraction, in which 30 cases were immediately implanted at the extraction site with the hyhdroxyapatite compound acidic collagen, and others given routine treatment served as control. Results The hydroxyapatite compound acidic collagen has an excellent biocompatibility and the good osteoconductivity, which suppressed early alevolar bone absorption, much superior to control. Conclusion It is beneficial to use the hydroxyapatite compound acidic collagen as an implanting material in the alveolar cavity after tooth extraction(Shanghai Med J, 2000,23∶172 174).更多还原
