【摘要】 [目的]　探讨AD钙奶对ICR小鼠生长发育的作用。[方法]　将清洁级ICR种鼠体重为26～28克,饲喂全价颗粒饲料,饲养于SPF级动物实验室内。将ICR种鼠随机分为4组,设立3个剂量组和对照组,给样途经灌胃。[结果]　与对照组相比,AD钙奶组体重增长情况、牙齿萌出时间、开眼时间、睾丸下降时间、尾长和胫骨长、空中翻正试验、游泳发育试验等均存在显著性差异。[结论]　AD钙奶具有促进ICR小鼠生长发育的功能更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective] To study the AD calcium milk on the growth development of ICR mice. [Method] ICR mice weighted between 26～28g, fed with whole value grain feedstuff were used and kept in SPF level lab. Mice were divided into low,middle and high dose treatment and control groups at random.Doses were given to mice through gastric tubes. [Results] The increase of body weight,growth time began teeth eruption, eye opening and testis desending,1ength of tail and shin bone, air righting reflex,swimming and development were all much better in the treatment groups than the control group with difference significant. [Conclusion] AD calcium milk can improve the development of ICR mice.更多还原
