【摘要】 目的对氩离子激光治疗口腔癌前病变的治疗机理、照射功率、方法及疗效差异进行探讨。方法 对53例口腔白斑和扁平苔藓患者应用Ar~+激光治疗,检查比较患者治疗前后的临床变化。结果 口腔白斑31例全部治愈,治愈率100％;口腔扁平苔藓22例治愈13例,显效7例,无效2例,治疗有效率90.9％,总有效率达96.2％。结论 氩离子激光治疗口腔白斑和扁平苔藓等浅表的口腔慢性病损,不仅疗效显著,操作简便,并发症少而轻,并对防止癌变有积极意义,是一种值得临床推广的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the mechanism, power, methods and therapeutic results of argon laser in the treatment of oral precancerous lesions. Methods; 53 cases of oral leukoplakia and lichen planus which were diagnosed by clinical on oral medicine were treated with Argon Laser. The clinical changes before and after the irradiation were compared. Results; 31 cases of Oral leukoplakia showed no recurrence, Response (cure) rate is 100%, 2 local recurrences of 22 oral lichen planuss cases, The clinical effective rate is 90. 9% (including 7 cases had improvement); The total effective rate is 96. 2%, Conclusion: Argon laser is very effective for oral chronic lesions such as lichen planus, leukoplakia, The procedure is not only a simple and effective method, mild and few complications but also active (positive) meaning (sense) in inhiiting canceration.
