【Abstract】 The oxygen uptake rate( OUR ) during the cultivation of Vero cells in 1.5L CelliGen bioreactor was on line determined using the dynamic method.The results showed that the cell growth and metabolic state during the exponential growth phase was lineally related to the OUR .This implies that the on line measurement of OUR can be used to promptly monitor the physiological state of cultured cells and to efficiently avoid contamination because of frequent sampling in the large scale cultivation of mammalian cells.更多还原
