壁厚因素对钢轨约束扭转正应力的影响
Analysis of Normal Stress in Constrained Torsion in Rails with the Consideration of the Thickness Effect
【摘要】 在应用符拉索夫理论分析钢轨约束扭转正应力时 ,引入了法向截面内无剪应变的假定 ,考虑了壁厚因素对约束扭转正应力的影响 ,分析所得的结果比较符合实际情况。
【Abstract】 Vlasov’s theory is broadly used for analyzing the normal stress in constrained torsion for the rods with thin-walled sections. If the thin-walled section of the rod has a medium thickness, results from the Vlasov’s theory usually include some errors. This paper anlayzes the normal stress for constrained torsion for rails with the assumption of non-shear-strain in normal section and the consideration of thickness effect. Results from our theory appear reasonable due to the phenomena of rails damage.
