【摘要】 目的　了解血清胃泌素 (Gastrin,GAS)在结直肠癌病人中的变化。方法　随机选取结直肠癌病人 5 4例 ,测定病人的术前和术后血清 GAS含量。结果　结直肠癌患者血清 GAS高于正常对照组 ,术后降低 ,尤以 Duke’s C,D期为明显 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论　结直肠癌细胞能分泌 GAS,高血清 GAS者应注意大肠癌的发生 ;血清 GAS可作为判断结直肠癌病人手术疗效和预后的指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the changes of gastrin(GAS) in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods GAS levels were determined in preoperative and postoperative patients with colorectal cancer.Results The average serum GAS in patients with colorectal cancer was higher than that in the normal control group (P<0.05). Average serum GAS in preoperative patients was higher than that in postoperative patients (P<0.05), especially of Duke’s C and D stages.Conclusion It is proposed that colorectal cancer cells can secrete GAS. Persons with high serum GAS should be warranted to notice the existence of colorectal cancer. Serum GAS level has its value in determining the operative effect and the prognosis of the patients.更多还原
