【摘要】 目的　观察蜂王浆冻干粉对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法　本实验按 0、0 .2 5、0 .5 0、0 .75 g/ kg· bw设对照及低、中、高 3个剂量组 ,经口给予蜂王浆冻干粉 30 d后作小鼠碳廓清试验和 NK细胞活性测定。结果　中剂量组小鼠的碳廓清速率较对照组增加 32 % ,中、高剂量组的吞噬指数高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,中剂量组的 NK细胞活性高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论　蜂王浆冻干粉可提高小鼠单核巨噬细胞系统和细胞免疫系统功能更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of lyophilized royal jelly on immune status in mice.Methods 80 male mice in the test were allocated into 4 groups and given 0,0.25,0.50,and 0.75 g lyophilized royal jelly per kilogram of body weight for 30 days,respectively.The clearance ability of charcoal particles and the activity of NK cells were used for immunity test.Results The average clearance rate of charcoal particles of 0.50 g/kg·bw group increased 32% as compared with that in the control group.The index of phagocytosis in 0.50 and 0.75 g/kg·bw groups and NK cell activity in 0.50 g/kg·bw group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The observations suggested that lyophilized royal jelly is able to enhance the immunological functions in mice.更多还原
