提高改良加藤法检测现场日本血吸虫感染敏感性的方法

【摘要】 目的 探讨在改进取样方法后 ,改良加藤法检测日本血吸虫感染敏感度的变化规律。方法 选取某日本血吸虫病流行区的某村庄为研究对象 ,收集居民量大于 5 0 g的新鲜成型粪便 ,按常规方法制作 2张涂片 ,同时取粪便头部和 (或 )外层的样本制作 8张涂片。结果 随着涂片张数的增加 ,检出率呈逐渐上升 ;在低度感染的人群中 ,改进取样方法后的 2张涂片的平均敏感度比常规涂片高出约 2 5 %。结论 改进粪便取样方法可提高改良加藤检出低度感染人群的敏感度

【Abstract】 Objective To study the rule of sensitivity change by improving sampling feces in Kato Katz method for diagnosing Schistosoma japonicum infection in the field.Methods Stools of a population in an endemic area were collected.Two slides made according to standard Kato Katz method and another 8 slides sampled from the head and/or outside surface of the stools were examined and compared.Results The positive prevalence increased with the number of slides examined.In the light infected population,the sensitivity of 2 slides increased from 47.7% to 72.3% after sampling from the head and/or outside surface of stool istead of standard Kato Katz method.Conclusion Sampling from the head and/or outside surface of the stool can increase the sensitivity of Kato Katz method in light infection population.
