【摘要】 为了建立支气管扩张症 (简称“支扩”)动物模型 ,应用大鼠叶支气管结扎并向支气管内注射绿脓杆菌和支气管内直接注射绿脓杆菌两种方法。结果两种方法建立的支扩动物模型在支气管组织病理学特征、支气管分泌物排泌量、支气管冲洗液绿脓杆菌含量等方面与人的相应病变基本一致更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the law of bronchiectasis and study the clinical pharmacology, significance of the result of antibiotic and Chinese traditional medicine . A bronchiectasis animal model was established by ligating the rat’s bronchus and then injecting ps. Aeruginosa into the bronchial lumen,another one was established by injecting ps, aeruuginosa directly into bronchial lumen without ligation. The results showed that both models were similar to human brochiectasis in histopathology,volume of bronchial secretion and the amount of ps, aeruginosa in bronchial lavage. It was concluded that both model was available for the study of bronchiectasis.更多还原
