【摘要】 用酶标兔抗仓鼠 Ig G,建立了检测金黄仓鼠淋巴细胞脉络丛脑膜炎病毒、仙台毒、呼肠孤病毒 3型和小鼠肺炎病毒感染的 EL ISA方法。本法与酶标 SPA EL ISA法比较 ,金黄仓鼠抗体阳性检出率高一倍且特异性高。结果表明此法是一种敏感性和特异性均理想的方法更多还原

【Abstract】 An enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was developed for the detection of antibodies to Lymphocytic Choriomeningitis virus,Sendai virus,Pneumonia virus of Mouse and Reovirus type Ⅲ by using Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugates of rabbit antibody against hamster IgG(HRPIgG) in golden hamster sera.The results were compared with HRP conjugates of Staphylococcus proteinA(HRPSPA) ELISA.The specificity and sensitivity of the HRPIgG ELISA are higher than those of the HRPSPA ELISA.Therefore,it is recommended that the HRPIgG ELISA procedure could be used as a routine method for the monitoring of viral infections in hamster colonies.更多还原
