耐稀硫酸新型超低碳低镍双相铸造不锈钢的研制
DEVELOPMENT OF NEW TYPE SUPER LOW CARBON LOW NICKEL DIPHASE STAINLESS STEEL RESISTED DILUTION SULPHURIC ACID
【摘要】 针对温度为 6 0℃的稀硫酸介质 ,研制了新型超低碳低镍双相铸造不锈钢 ,着重研究了该钢不同热处理状态下的金相组织及其腐蚀行为。结果表明 ,经 10 5 0℃固溶处理后该钢具有优良的耐均匀腐蚀、晶间腐蚀与抗点蚀能力 ,并具有良好的铸造性能和较低的成本 ,有着广阔的应用前景
【Abstract】 In accordance with dilution suphuric acid medium at 60℃,new type super low carbon low nickel diphase stainless steel is developed.The metallographic structure and its corrosion behavior of that steel under different heat treatment condition are researched emphatically.The results denot that,this steel is possessed capacities of resisting general corrosion,intergranular corrosion and pitting corrosion.This steel is possessed of good casting performance and low cost,and a broad prospects of application.
