【摘要】 为研制防治病毒性心肌炎的口服基因疫苗 ,本文以减毒鼠伤寒杆菌SL72 0 7作载体 ,将表达CVB3VP1基因的pcDNA3 VP1重组质粒转化入该细菌中 ,制备成口服基因疫苗。经口服免疫小鼠后 ,检测其免疫效果 ,并用CVB3攻击小鼠 ,观察其免疫保护作用 ,结果表明小鼠经 1次口服免疫后 ,血液中即产生了高滴度的抗体 ;病毒攻击后 ,免疫小鼠产生了明显的保护作用。更多还原
