【摘要】 本文欲探讨IL 5在哮喘发病机制中的作用。用卵蛋白 (OVA)造模形成哮喘鼠 ,取其脾T淋巴细胞体外培养。以ELISA法测定细胞培养上清液中IL 5浓度。结果经OVA刺激的哮喘鼠T淋巴细胞培养上清液中IL 5 (4 4 6± 6 2pg/ml)明显增高 ;与健康鼠比较有显著性差别 (P <0 0 1)。认为T淋巴细胞产生的IL 5与哮喘气道炎症可能有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the role of IL-5 in the pathogenesis of asthma,the T lymphocytes in spleen cells of asthmatic mouse model induced by ovalbumin(OVA) were cultivated in vitro,and the IL-5 contents in the cell culture supernatants were determined by ELISA It was found that IL-5 was markedly increased in the supernatants of spleen cell cultures of mice sensitized with OVA (44 6±6 2pg/ml) with significant differences between the control healthy mice It concludes that the IL-5 produced by T lymphocytes might be related with the airway inflammations in asthma更多还原
