【摘要】 应用细胞培养技术 ,采用MTT和ELISA等方法 ,观察IL 12、IL 2、PHA体外协同诱导狼疮肾炎 (LN )活动期、静止期外周血单个核淋巴细胞 (PBMC )增殖和产生Ig自身抗体。结果表明 :与正常对照相比 ,IL 12与IL 2、PHA可明显刺激活动期、静止期PBMC增殖和产生大量IgG、IgM ,IgA无明显变化 ,且活动期强于静止期。单独应用IL 12对活动期PBMC作用最明显。提示 :IL 12可通过促进PBMC增殖产生大量自身抗体参与狼疮肾炎的发病。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of IL 12,IL 2 and PHA on the proliferation of PBMC in patients with lupus nephritis and their secretions of Ig antibodies were investigated in cell cultures by MTT and ELISA techniques.Results showed that IL 12 plus IL 2 or PHA,in comparison with the normal controls,could markedly promote the proliferation of PBMC in active and resting stages and the production of IgG and IgM autoantibodies,but showed no influence on the production of IgA antibody The effects were more prominent in active stage than in resting stage,and the application of IL 12 alone showed the most prominent effect in the active stage It suggests that IL 12 might participate the pathogenesis of lupus nephritis by promoting the proliferation of PBMC and the production of large amounts of autoantibodies更多还原
