人类疱疹病毒6型感染对单个核细胞CD分子表达的影响

【摘要】 研究人类疱疹病毒 6型感染对单个核细胞表面CD分子表达的影响。以属A型的GS株和属B型的南京株CN5株分别感染脐血单个核细胞 ,72h后以APAAP法检测细胞表面CD2、CD3、CD4、CD8和CD45RA分子 ,比较GS感染组、CN5感染组和未感染组各CD分子阳性细胞百分率。结果显示 ,(1)CN5、GS两株病毒感染均可使CD3阳性细胞百分率下降 ,尤以GS株感染更为明显 ;但对CD2阳性细胞百分率均无明显影响 ;(2 )两株病毒均可使CD4阳性细胞百分率明显增高 ;但只有GS株感染导致CD8阳性细胞百分率降低 ,并使CD4/CD8比值显著增高 ;(3)GS株感染还可使CD45RA阳性细胞百分率下降 ,但CN5株无此作用。人类疱疹病毒 6型感染可干扰某些CD分子的表达 ,A型株GS较B型株CN5对CD分子表达的干扰更为显著。

【Abstract】 Cord blood mononuclear cells were Inoculated with strain CN5,the local strain of HHV 6 type B,and with GS strain,the standard strain of HHV 6 type A,respectively,and the CD2,CD3,CD4,CD8 and CD45RA molecules of the cells were detected by APAAP staining 72 hours later,so as to study the effects of HHV 6 infection on the expression of CD molecules. The results showed:(1)The percentages of CD3 positive cells decreased in both GS infected and CN5 infected groups and the inhibitory effect of GS infection was more remarkable,while neither GS nor CN5 infection induced the changes of percentages on the CD2 positive cells (2)Both of these two strains could induce a remarkable increases in the percentages of CD4 positive cells,but only the GS strain could induce reduction of CD8 positive cells,and a significant increases in the CD4/CD8 ratio (3)In GS infected cells,but not in CN5 infected cells,the percentage of CD45RA positive cells dropped It is concluded that HHV 6 infection could disturb CD antigen expression in mononuclear cells and this disturbance induced by GS strain of HHV 6 type A is more obvious than that induced by CN5 strain of HHV-6 type B
